Management Couples and Assistant Managers.

General Managers and Management Couples applying to Capital will need to
show how they have successfully developed and grown sales in a good pub (or
pubs) over a sustained period. We look for managers who are outgoing and
professional; who always deliver warm, friendly service and high standards
and who can control the business tightly to deliver financial targets
without compromising service and quality.
Assistant Managers are recruited for their great people/service skills and
their enthusiasm for learning all aspects of the business. Ideally
applicants will have at least two years relevant ‘pub’ experience as
Supervisor or Assistant Manager and be able to provide good references from
their previous General Manager(s).
